We are very proud that we can offer you latest generation labels joined with the surface with the forming method IN-MOULD LABELS. IML technology consists in joining the label with the package directly during the package production process and is joined with it at its liquid stage. Both the package and the label are made of the same plastics, which is polypropylene, there is the possibility of its easy recycling and, at the same time, significant decrease in the amount of product fees valid pursuant to the new Act on Environment Protection. The label which is suitable for application in IML process must meet many technical requirements. It has to be characterized by adequate level of heat conduction, air permeability as well as necessary rigidity.
The labels offered by us meet all the standards required in IML technology, and the applied surface ideally vulcanizes itself in very high temperatures, without any side effects. At the same time, we ensure the highest quality of overprint on polypropylene film which is not subject to any damage during package production in high temperatures between 200-240 degrees Celsius. In our graphic studio we realize even most demanding projects, during the performance of which also forming point on the packages must be taken into consideration. The advantage of our UV flexo print technology is the possibility of applying such colours as gold, silver or white on transparent film more successfully than in offset technique.
The possibility of IML labels cold stamping is the novelty.
