2 screens – high gradient relief printing

Flat screen printing allows for achieving a high print gradient. This is a technique that enables achieving high, three-dimensional ink thickness.
It allows for a very strong effect (visual + tactile).
It enhances packaging value by providing a visual luxury effect.
It can also be used for applying Braille codes and symbols.

cold-stamping

Cold Stamping is a print finishing technique where metallic foil is transferred without the use of high temperatures (unlike hot stamping).
It achieves a metallic gloss effect very similar to hot stamping.
Its key advantages include the absence of high temperatures (making it safe for thin papers and foils), the ability to achieve very fine metallic details, and its suitability for large print runs.
Furthermore, it is more cost-effective than hot stamping for large quantities, with significantly lower prepress costs.

hot-stamping

Hot Stamping is a finishing technique that involves applying foil – most commonly metallized – using high temperature and pressure.
A special die is essential for this method, ensuring precise and durable finishing.
Foil stamping effectively attracts attention and works perfectly for luxury and premium products.

We offer a wide range of foil colors and the possibility of applying up to three different colors simultaneously on a single label.

embossing

Embossing is a method of pressing a pattern directly into the material using dies.
The variation in embossed levels gives the label depth and a three-dimensional effect, enhancing its aesthetic value and product prestige.

New!!! Embossed metallic foil

Silkfoil (embossed metallic foil) is applied using screen printing with metallic or colored foils.
This offers a more affordable and subtle alternative to traditional gilding, creating a delicate metallic effect and slight print embossing.

Our extensive color range is supported by partnerships with both domestic suppliers, offering 14 foil variants, and international providers, ensuring a very broad palette of shades.

multiple metallic foil colors at once

Our hot-stamping section features a 90-degree rotating head, allowing for the application of multiple hot-stamping foil colors in a single pass.
This is an ideal solution for small runs of premium product labels, especially when multiple metallic colors are desired on the label.
This saves on hot-stamping die costs (one die for multiple foil colors) while simultaneously enriching the label’s design.

SOFT TOUCH lamination

Soft-touch film lamination is a type of print finishing that gives the surface a distinctive, velvety finish.
Soft-touch provides a very pleasant, matte, “rubbery” feel, elegant premium appearance, reduced light reflections, and better scratch resistance than regular matte.
It makes a great first impression and enhances the perceived value of the product.

Compatible with flexo or digital printing

All enhancements can be seamlessly combined with flexo and digital printing
This allows for enriching printed labels with new eye-catching elements and enhancing their aesthetic value.
Most enhancements can be successfully applied to pre-printed materials.
