It utilizes flexible printing plates and fast-drying inks, allowing for high-quality prints even with very large runs. Flexography is effective on various substrates, such as paper, films, or self-adhesive materials, offering durable colors, good repeatability, and economical production.
We have 10 flexo printing machines available for our clients, which allows us to achieve optimal order completion times. We perform printing on web widths up to 570 mm using UV flexo technology with up to 11 colors.
In our technology, we use techniques such as: lamination, cold stamping, rotary screen printing, adhesive-side printing, reverse printing, embossing, water-based and UV varnishing, personalization (variable data).
