The main objective of this investment was to implement new products and innovative technologies (7-color printing technology and FullHD technology), utilizing the results of our own research, through the acquisition of innovative equipment and software.
The new machine park will enable the design and production of the highest quality labels and packaging, previously available in the company’s offer, as well as the introduction of new, innovative products such as: photopolymers enabling 7-color printing in new Full HD technology, and cosmetic and chemical tubes (laminates).
The following investment activities were carried out as part of the project:
Acquisition of a flexographic printing machine with a print control system and label rewinder – from NILPETER
Acquisition of a digital roll printing machine – from DIGIPRINT
Acquisition of a digital platesetter for producing photopolymers using Full HD technology.
Acquisition of a flexographic plate processor.
Acquisition of software for preparing digital and flexographic printing jobs in a 7-color printing system.
Acquisition of a software package supporting print shop management – an integrated IT system supporting the enterprise management process from initial client contact, through order fulfillment, to warehousing and logistics of finished products.
