IML Labels

Self-adhesive labels

Self-adhesive labels are produced using flexographic and digital printing technologies, allowing for optimal process adaptation to the project type, print run volume, and desired visual effect. Printing is performed on a wide range of self-adhesive papers and films, selected based on the label’s application and the conditions in which it will be used.

Shrink sleeve

Shrink sleeve labels offer a functional and aesthetic solution for labeling packaging of both regular and irregular shapes. Shrink sleeves can be printed on PET, PP, and OPS shrink films, allowing for full 360° printing without the design limitations characteristic of traditional labels. This printing technology enables flexible graphic design, reproduction of a wide color […]

IML Labels

IML (In-Mould) labels are integrated with the packaging directly during the injection molding or blow molding process. In this technology, the label merges with the packaging while the material is still in its liquid phase, becoming an integral part of it. This solution ensures the durability of the labeling and the high aesthetic appeal of […]

Banderoles for refuse sacks

Labels for refuse sacks combine modernity, functionality, and ecological principles, offering solutions tailored to market needs. Unique utility designs, also protected as industrial designs at EUIPO, underscore the innovative nature of the products and our leading position in the industry. The labels can be equipped with a Quick Strip (QS) – a tear-off strip – […]

Thermal Tickets

Thermal tickets and tags are a solution designed for cinemas, theaters, philharmonic halls, airlines, and other industries requiring precise and aesthetic printing. They can be prepared for use in thermal and thermal-transfer printers. Products can be made: Thermal tickets and tags combine functionality, durability, and aesthetics, enabling the creation of professional solutions for cultural and […]

Peel-off Labels

Peel-off labels, also known as Peel & Read, are special multi-layer labels that allow for maximum utilization of packaging surface. They can be made from paper layers or PP films – including white and transparent films. The top layer can be printed in up to 4 colors, while the inner layers can use 1-2 colors, […]

Multilayer Laminates for Tubes

Multilayer laminate tubes are utilized in the cosmetic and chemical industries for products such as toothpastes, creams, lotions, shampoos, and chemical preparations. Laminates enable attractive and durable printing, while also protecting the product. Printing can be performed using advanced finishing techniques, such as cold-stamping or screen printing, which allows for impressive details and enhanced packaging […]

Multilayer Sachet Laminates

These laminates are designed for producing cosmetic sachets (e.g., for creams, masks, shampoos) and food sachets (e.g., mayonnaise, ketchup, and other sauces), ensuring high quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal of the packaging. These solutions meet the cosmetic and food industries’ requirements for both appearance and functionality. Depending on design and functional requirements, the surface can […]

IML Labels

IML (In-Mould) labels are integrated with the packaging directly during the injection molding or blow molding process. In this technology, the label merges with the packaging while the material is still in its liquid phase, becoming an integral part of it. This solution ensures the durability of the labeling and the high aesthetic appeal of the final product.

Both the label and the packaging are made from polypropylene (PP), which enables their joint recycling. This material homogeneity facilitates the optimization of raw material recovery processes and compliance with current environmental requirements.

Labels designed for IML technology must meet strictly defined technical parameters, such as appropriate stiffness, thermal conductivity, and air permeability. The substrates used are adapted to operate at high temperatures and maintain stability during the packaging molding process, which occurs in the range of approximately 200–240°C. The print on the polypropylene film remains unchanged and resistant to mechanical and thermal damage.

IML label printing is carried out using UV flexographic technology, which allows for precise reproduction of details and the use of colors such as white, silver, or gold, even on transparent films. The option of cold stamping is also available, which allows for striking decorative accents. This solution is applied in the production of packaging for the food, chemical, and cosmetic industries.
